The active users report provides information about active users in a business unit or site. ‘Active Users Report’ includes parameters like: Total Number of Active Users, Average Number of Active Users, New Users, Number of Active CDP Users, Number of Active CMS Users, and Deactivated Users for a specific time period.
To generate login activity report, navigate to: Reports > By Business Units > Active Users Report
By clicking on Active Users Report link, the intermediate screen appears as shown below.
Note: While generating the report, you can select whether to include the users from child business unit.
Select the user type and date range to generate the report and then click ‘View Report’ button. The below screen is the final report which shows the summary and detailed information.
Note: Click “View Details” action link for any of the date to see the detailed user information for that particular date.
