Bookmark is a link stored in a Web browser for easy reference. It’s a routine that allows users to save a reference site or page that has been visited earlier. At a later point in time, the user can use the Bookmark to return to that particular page and access the information
With Instancy, Bookmarks is an accessible component and is a part of My Catalog
Under Bookmarks, users can create folder/sub-folders. They can also add any free content, eCommerce content and discussion threads
Instancy also supports multiple Bookmarks, which can be saved in the Bookmarks component and provides the ability to add personal notes for each Bookmark
Instancy platform provides the user a facility to Add Bookmarks, and can be accessed by clicking on My Content --> Bookmarks links, as indicated by red arrow in the screen here:
Clicking on Bookmarks link will open up a new window as shown in the screen below:
Here, user can create a folder under bookmark, by clicking on Create Folder button placed on the top right hand side (as indicated by the red arrow). This action leads to opening of a screen as shown here:
Note: User can perform other associated actions under Bookmarks like:
View, Add Notes, Send to Friend, Move, Delete, and Edit functionalities
Note: To complete the process of creating the folder, enter the *Title and the *Description in the fields provided along side and click on the Submit button. This action will prompt a confirmation dialog-box as shown here:
Edit Bookmarks
Instancy provides the user a facility to Edit Bookmarks (indicated by red arrow in the screen below), and can be done by clicking on My Content --> Bookmarks links:
Clicking on Bookmarks link will open up a new window as shown in the screen here:
To Edit a Bookmark, click on Edit Folder (as indicated by the red arrow). This action
leads to opening of a screen as shown here:
