The Instancy platform allows the user to Search for a required content/information through the following actions as shown in the screen below. This search operation uses Instancy’s sophisticated search technology to retrieve the required/searched information.
The Search Function
Instancy allows you to conduct a comprehensive search. Follow the steps mentioned here to search for the required information:
Enter the search value provided in the Search field (as shown in the above screen)
The user can further narrow the search with a preference of choosing the option of Search Content Folders
Select and key in the topic/information you want to view and click Search
Based on the value entered in the search field, the Instancy platform retrieves and displays the results in the same page. The results returned from database are sorted by the title name.
Note: Instancy platform also shows corresponding actions of the displayed content objects
